Kitsap Bank Announces New Poulsbo Branch Manager
Kitsap Bank is pleased to announce that Joy Balstad will serve as the Branch Manager of its Poulsbo branch. Balstad has been in banking for over 20 years. Joining Kitsap Bank in 2016, she spent the last four years as the Port Townsend Branch Manager. Balstad replaces Marilu Aganon, who will now be serving as Branch Manager at Kitsap Bank’s East Bremerton branch. She is a Poulsbo resident, and has worked with many non-profit organizations, including local Chamber of Commerce organizations, United Way, and YMCA.
