Kitsap Bank Honors Employee of the Quarter
Kitsap Bank is pleased to announce that Cailyn Arndt, Client Service Specialist, has been named Employee of the Third Quarter for 2022. Arndt joined the Kitsap Bank family in August 2019 as a Client Service Specialist, and has steadily advanced her career being promoted twice in the last two years. She was selected for this award by her peers, who praise her for her exceptional team work and premier customer service. They noted that Cailyn is hardworking, knowledgeable, and a role model to her peers.
