Kitsap Bank is pleased to announce that Jonathan Caum, Network Administrator II, has been named Employee of the Fourth Quarter of 2020. Caum joined the Kitsap Bank family in 2017 and has become a valuable asset, not only to his immediate team, but to the bank as a whole. He was selected for this award by his co-workers, who praised him for his outstanding drive and creativity, exceptional team work, and his eagerness and determination to succeed. They noted that Caum’s efforts were “critical” to the success of launching the Paycheck Protection Program at the bank in 2020.

“Jonathan is a valuable employee; his hard work and dedication makes him a valuable member of the Kitsap Bank team.” stated Jackie McVay, Senior Vice President/Chief Information Officer. “We’re very pleased to recognize Jonathan’s excellent performance with this well-deserved award.”
