Kitsap Bank Honors Employee Of The Quarter

Kitsap Bank is pleased to announce that Jessica Lutz, Assistant Branch Manager of the bank’s Bethel & Lund Branch in Port Orchard, has been named Employee of the Second Quarter of 2021. Lutz joined the Kitsap Bank family in 2015 as a Client Service Specialist at the Silverdale Branch, and has steadily advanced her career recently earning a promotion to her current position as Assistant Branch Manager. She was selected for Employee of the Quarter Award by her peers, who praise her for her outstanding professionalism, her premier customer service, and being their biggest cheerleader; always encouraging and supporting those around her. They noted that Jessica is selfless; always being the first to volunteer to mentor and train employees, paving the way for them to grow in their careers.

“Jessica is a valuable asset to Kitsap Bank and is a pillar of support to her team,” stated Jennifer Ruckman, Vice President, Regional Manager. “She has an infectious, positive attitude, and is willing to go above and beyond to get the job done and serve our clients well. We are pleased to recognize her for her outstanding efforts.”
