Kitsap Bank Honors Employee Of The Quarter

Kitsap Bank is pleased to announce that Laura Bundren, Learning and Development Specialist, has been named Employee of the Third Quarter of 2021. Bundren joined the Kitsap Bank family in 2017 as a Senior Client Service Specialist at the Port Orchard Branch, and has steadily advanced her career moving into the Learning and Development department in 2020. She was selected for Employee of the Quarter Award by her peers, who praise her for her outstanding professionalism, her exceptional teamwork and dedication, and being their biggest cheerleader; always encouraging and supporting those around her. They noted that her efforts were “critical” to the success of the Learning and Development department where she has updated and streamlined processes resulting in savings of both time and resources.

“Laura is a valuable asset, and is a pillar of support to employees throughout Kitsap Bank,” stated Leslie Hays, Vice President, Learning and Development Manager. “She has an infectious, positive attitude, and is willing to go above and beyond to help employees be successful in their career. We are pleased to recognize her for her outstanding efforts.”
