Kitsap Bank Honors Employee Of The Quarter
Kitsap Bank is pleased to announce that Crystal Pankratz, Interactive Teller Service Specialist, has been named Employee of the Fourth Quarter of 2022. Pankratz joined Kitsap Bank in October 2020 as a Senior Client Service Specialist at Kitsap Bank’s South Park Village Branch in Port Orchard, before transferring to her current role in 2021. She was selected for this award by her peers, who praise her for her dedication and willingness to go above and beyond to help those, not only in her department, but throughout the whole bank. They noted that Pankratz’s premier customer service, positive outlook, and diligence make her a pleasure to work with and vital to the Bank’s continuing success.
