Kitsap Bank Honors Employee Of The Quarter
Kitsap Bank is pleased to announce that Lisa Asbjornsen, Senior Loan Coordinator, has been named the Employee of the Second Quarter of 2024. Asbjornsen joined the Kitsap Bank family in July 2019 and has become a valuable asset to the bank. She was selected for Employee of the Quarter by her peers, who praise her for being an exceptional loan partner, team player, and committed to excellence. They noted that her efforts were “critical” to the recent success of two very complex land lease transactions, which require tremendous attention to detail and oversight.
“Lisa’s calm and knowledgeable approach to problem solving and anticipating revisions in preliminary title reports or loan documents has been explementary,” comments Toni Smith, Vice President, Loan Coordinator Manager. “Her style and demeanor are inspiring not only to me, but also to others within the Loan Coordinator team, the Relationship Managers, and Credit Officers who partner with her every day.”
Kitsap Bank’s Employee of the Quarter award recognizes employees for significant contributions to the operating excellence of the Bank.
