McDermott joined the Kitsap Bank family in 2015 and has become a valuable asset to the bank. She was selected for this award by her peers, who praised her for her willingness to always lend a helping hand in any situation, consistently going above and beyond with every client, and continually showing tremendous leadership when faced with challenges.
