Kitsap Bank Promotes Branch Managers Joy Balstad, Jennifer Blais, and Jan Ralls

Kitsap Bank is pleased to announce the promotions of Joy Balstad, Jennifer Blais and Jan Ralls. Balstad serves as Kitsap Bank’s Port Townsend Branch Manager, Blais as Port Hadlock Branch Manager, and Ralls, Port Ludlow Branch Manager. Each has been promoted to Assistant Vice President.

Balstad has over 35 years of financial experience. She began working at Kitsap Bank in 2017, but has spent her entire career serving the Puget Sound community. Balstad has worked with many non-profit organizations, including the local Chamber of Commerce, United Way, and YMCA.

Blais joined Kitsap Bank in 2007, and has over 20 years of banking experience. She is committed to her community, serving as Board Member and Treasurer for the East Jefferson County Rotary for the past 7 years. 

Ralls has been in banking for nearly 20 years. She joined Kitsap Bank in 2015 as the Port Ludlow Branch Manager. Active in the community, Ralls currently serves on the committees for Port Ludlow Conversations and the Port Ludlow Village Council, as well as volunteers for the Port Ludlow Performing Arts.
