Kitsap Bank Promotes Cindy McKim

Kitsap Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Cindy McKim to Senior Vice President, Risk Management. In her new role, McKim will lead all audit, risk management, and compliance activities for the bank and will serve as the primary management contact with the bank’s Audit, Risk, and Compliance Committee of the Board. McKim has over 30 years of banking experience, joining Kitsap Bank as a Commercial Loan Specialist in 2006. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. McKim will also graduate later this summer from the Pacific Coast Banking School.
