Kitsap Bank Promotes Erin Bick

Kitsap Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Erin Bick to Vice President, ITS Manager. In this role, Bick continues to oversee Kitsap Bank’s ITS (Interactive Teller Services) Department. She joined Kitsap Bank in 2016 as a Learning and Development Specialist, and has since steadily advanced her career. In 2018, Bick was promoted to ITS Manager, leading the efforts to help launch Kitsap Bank’s ITS department.  In this role she has had an integral role in expanding the network to 24 ITS machines throughout five counties – making Kitsap Bank’s fleet of ITS machines the largest of any bank in the Pacific Northwest. Bick is a recent graduate of the Washington Bankers Association’s Management Development Program.
