Kitsap Bank Promotes Janet Silcott

Kitsap Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Janet Silcott to Vice President, Senior Marketing Officer. Silcott joined Kitsap Bank nearly 15 years ago as Marketing Coordinator, and has since steadily advanced her career. In 2011, Janet was promoted to Assistant Vice President, Marketing Officer. She holds a B.A. in English and Technical Communications from Eastern Washington University, and has a certificate in Marketing with a Concentration in Social Media and Web Analytics from the University of California, Los Angeles Extension Campus. Janet is also a 2016 graduate of the Washington Bankers Association Executive Development Program, a twelve-month curriculum designed to teach and develop participants in strategic planning, financial management and communications skills.

An active community member, Silcott supports numerous Kitsap Bank-sponsored events and is a parent volunteer with North Kitsap School District, Martha & Mary, Poulsbo Piranha Swim Team, North Kitsap Little League, and is a member of Suquamish Elementary PTSA and Poulsbo Middle School PTA.
