Kitsap Bank Promotes Jennifer Phelan

Kitsap Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Jennifer Phelan to Vice President/Credit Officer.  Phelan has been with Kitsap Bank since 2016, and in banking for nearly 15 years. She holds a Master’s degree from Colorado Technical College. Active in her community, Phelan leads Kitsap Bank’s Recycling Program for the North Kitsap Little League, and volunteers for numerous local non-profits.  

“Jennifer has made significant contributions to the organization,” commented Robert Banks, Senior Vice President, Credit Administrator. “She has been a huge asset to the Kitsap Bank team and we are pleased to recognize her for her efforts with this promotion.”
