Kitsap Bank Promotes Jennifer Ruckman
Kitsap Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Jennifer Ruckman to Senior Vice President, Regional Manager. In this role, Ruckman will now oversee Kitsap Bank’s branches in Central and South Kitsap, North Mason and Pierce County. She joined Kitsap Bank over 17 years ago as Operations Supervisor, and has since steadily advanced her career. In 2013, Ruckman was promoted to Branch Manager of the East Bremerton Branch and in 2020 was promoted to Vice President, Regional Manager. Ruckman holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington, and is a graduate of the Washington Bankers Association’s Management Development Program.
