Kitsap Bank Promotes Jennifer Ruckman

Kitsap Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Jennifer Ruckman to Vice President, Regional Manager. In this role, Ruckman will lead Kitsap Bank’s South Sound branches. She joined Kitsap Bank over 15 years ago as Operations Supervisor, and has since steadily advanced her career. In 2013, Ruckman was promoted to Branch Manager of the East Bremerton Branch and earlier this year was promoted to Vice President, Branch Manager. Ruckman holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington, and is a graduate of the Washington Bankers Association’s Management Development Program. She is committed to her community, serving as Board Member and President for Meals on Wheels of Kitsap County for the past seven years.
