Kitsap Bank Promotes Kevin Geister

Kitsap Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Kevin Geister to Vice President/IT Officer. Geister began as a Teller at the bank’s Gorst branch in 1978. During his 43 years at the Bank he has worked in various departments, leading him to have an essential part in launching Kitsap Bank’s first automated system for retail banking. Geister has steadily advanced his career to his most recent position as Assistant Vice President/IT Officer. In his role as VP/IT Officer, Geister will be supporting the banks report writing and retail automation tools.

His extensive experience and relentless attention to detail are a few of the reasons he is deserving of this promotion,” stated Jackie McVay, Senior Vice President/Chief Information Officer. “He is a true asset to Kitsap Bank; his institutional knowledge is invaluable and we are pleased to recognize him for his efforts with this promotion.”
