Kitsap Bank Welcomes Carol Kowalski

Kitsap Bank is pleased to announce that Carol Kowalski has joined its team as Vice President of Business, Community, & Government Relations. She brings over 20 years of experience in the philanthropic non-profit sector, most recently serving as the Planned Giving Director for the YMCA of Pierce and Kitsap Counties where she led the YMCA’s endowment and planned giving efforts. Kowalski previously served as Senior Development Director for the Washington State University Foundation. She holds a B.A. in Communications from Washington State University’s Edward R. Murrow College of Communication, and has the Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy® (CAP®) designation from the American College of Financial Services. Kowalski is active in the community, and is currently the vice president of the Kitsap Regional Library’s Friends of the Manchester Library board, is a membership director for the Dr. Maurice S. Mathis Guild of Virginia Mason Franciscan Health, a member of the Washington Planned Giving Council, South Sound Planned Giving Council, and Leave 10 South Sound, and is a Habitat Steward for the National Wildlife Federation.
