Meet Erin Bick, Kitsap Bank's ITS Manager! Erin's department delivers banking services through Kitsap Bank's new ITS (Interactive Teller Service) machines, which allow customers to connect with a Teller through two-way video/audio.
Q&A with Erin
Q. What aspect of your role do you enjoy the most?
A. As the ITS Manager I get the opportunity to work with our branches and wonderful staff on our new innovative ITS machines. I enjoy sharing the new technology with our staff and helping them feel comfortable and confident in working with the machines, and sharing with our customers.
Q. If you could have a super power, what would it be?
A. There are so many, but I think I would want to fly. The ability to get from point A to point B quickly, without traffic, sure sounds like a great thing to me. Not to mention how many more places are opened up to you, when they are only a thought away.
Q. What’s your favorite thing about working at Kitsap Bank?
A. As an employee I truly love that Kitsap Bank is focused on family, and the communities we serve. You can see it in every customer interaction, every business meeting, every community event, and most of all in every employee within the bank. The sense of family brings employees together and makes for an amazing work environment.
Q. What do you like to do outside of work?
A. I enjoy doing crafts and DIY projects. If I see something I like, I think it is fun to try to recreate it myself. Sometimes I am successful, and other times I am not, but I sure have a blast doing it.
Q. Why did you want to work at Kitsap Bank?
A. Having worked at other financial institutions, I wanted to work at a bank that was genuine and customer focused. Kitsap Bank was just that, dedicated to service and focused on the same ideals as I was. When everyone is focused on achieving the same goal, great things happen.
