Helping our clients bank safely and easily during the pandemic has been a priority for us. As always, we aspire to allow clients to “bank the way they want” – whether that’s setting up a video appointment with their favorite banker, accessing their accounts on the go through mobile banking, or making a deposit at one of our Interactive Teller Service (ITS) machines.

It's understandable that a record number of clients chose to take advantage of our robust online and remote banking services during 2020. Usage for online and mobile banking services as well as transactions at our ITS increased exponentially. We continue to invest in these services to ensure that clients continue to be well-served both now and in the future.

ITS Fleet – Expanded Access, Expanded Hours

In 2020 we added six new ITS (Interactive Teller Service) machines, bringing our ITS fleet to 15 machines. An ITS can be used as an ATM 24 hours per day. Or, during business hours, clients can choose to speak with a teller for additional services, including making deposits, withdrawals, transfers, check cashing, submitting loan payments and more. We expanded teller hours this past year to 8am-7pm, Monday – Friday, providing clients with teller access outside of our traditional branch hours.
