Digital Services

It's important to us at Kitsap Bank that our clients be able to “bank the way they want”. We continue to improve and expand our digital services to provide our clients with the very best - whether they’re accessing account information through our Mobile Banking app, protecting themselves against fraud through alerts and card control mechanisms, or accessing banking services through one of our many Interactive Teller Service (ITS) machines.

In 2021 we added a number of new services, including instant issue cards in our branches, Early Paycheck (where clients can access their direct deposit funds up to two days early), access to credit information through Savvy Money, and more.

We also continued to expand our ITS fleet, adding nine new machines throughout our footprint this year. ITS machines can be used as a regular ATM, or clients can choose to connect with a Kitsap Bank teller through video for additional services, such as making deposits, withdrawals, transfers, cashing checks or submitting a loan payment. ITS teller service is available Monday-Friday, 8am-7pm, providing clients with the opportunity to bank with us outside of traditional branch hours.
