Hometown Bank - Hometown Financing

Kitsap Bank financed Port Orchard's first fire truck back in 1931. It was a deal crafted on relationships, and because it was the right thing to do for our community. And while we’ve grown since then, we remain deeply committed to our roots and the relationships we’ve had for generations. Today, we're still crafting financing packages and providing banking services that meet the specific needs of municipalities and the rural communities we serve.

William Shore Memorial Pool

In 2019 we partnered with the City of Port Angeles on the renovation of the William Shore Memorial Pool. In addition to our financing, we served as a partner throughout the process to help ensure they received fair and honest pricing in the marketplace for this multimillion dollar project. The project will add a children’s splash and play area, new locker rooms, and a warm-water therapy pool, allowing the aquatic center to operate multiple programs at the same time.

Powered by the Sun – and Kitsap Bank

A leader in our industry for financing sustainable improvements, we’re proud to offer innovative financing for solar panels, building retrofits and other energy-efficient improvements. It’s more than just being good for our planet, sustainable improvements can have a multitude of benefits for property owners, including energy savings and increased property value.

In 2019 we partnered with A&R Solar to bring solar panels to the Mighty Tieton. An incubator for artisan businesses located in Central Washington, Mighty Tieton is improving their local economy by generating jobs, revitalizing buildings, and forming connections between artisans and businesses throughout the region in unique and creative ways. By investing in solar, Mighty Tieton is taking their aged 40,000 square foot former fruit storage warehouse with high energy costs into the next century with the mighty goal of net zero energy costs.
