Kitsap Bank is pleased to announce that Jan Ralls will serve as Branch Manager of its Port Townsend branch. Ralls has been in banking for over 20 years. Joining Kitsap Bank in 2015, she spent the last five years as the Port Ludlow Branch Manager. Ralls replaces Joy Balstad, who will now be serving as Branch Manager at Kitsap Bank’s Poulsbo branch. She is a Port Townsend resident, and is active in the community, volunteering for numerous organizations in the local communities.
