SBA 7(a) Loans

SBA’s most common loan program, provides for term financing to a variety of business needs including, but not limited to, business expansion, equipment acquisition and refinancing of debt.

504 Loans

This loan program provides for a low down payment and long-term fixed asset financing for equipment or real estate.
