Kitsap Bank is pleased to announce that Lynda Douglas, Senior Financial Service Specialist at the bank’s Port Townsend branch, has been named the Employee of the Fourth Quarter for 2023. Douglas joined Kitsap Bank in September 2015 as a Client Service Specialist and has steadily advanced her career into her current role in 2022. She was selected for this award by her peers, who praise her for her dedication and willingness to go above and beyond to serve Kitsap Bank’s Clients.
