Kitsap Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Janet Silcott to Senior Vice President, Marketing Director. Silcott joined Kitsap Bank nearly 20 years ago as Marketing Coordinator, and has since steadily advanced her career. In 2021, Janet assumed the role as Marketing Director, overseeing Kitsap Bank’s Marketing department. She is a graduate of Eastern Washington University holding a degree in English, Technical Communications, is a graduate of Washington Bankers Association Executive Development program, and holds a certification from UCLA in Marketing with a Concentration in Social Media and Web Analytics.
