Kitsap Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Jessica Connolly to Assistant Vice President, Branch Manager of Kitsap Bank’s Bethel and Lund Branch in Port Orchard. With over ten years of experience in the banking industry, Connolly joined Kitsap Bank in 2022 as the Assistant Branch Manager of the bank’s Southern Region. Connolly is active in the community, logging the most volunteer hours amongst all Kitsap Bank employees in 2023. She serves as the President of the Board for Central Kitsap Food Bank, led her branch’s “From Shred to Fed” shredding event that benefited the South Kitsap Helpline, and dedicates her time volunteering with many other organizations throughout the region.

“Jessica has a passion for service and creating meaningful connections with clients, business partners, and peers,” stated Jennifer Ruckman, Senior Vice President, Regional Operations Manager. “She inspires her team to serve their neighbors with the same passion and dedication. She is very deserving of her promotion to Assistant Vice President.”
