Olympic Bancorp, Holding Company For Kitsap Bank, Welcomes Two New Directors To Board

Kitsap Bank is pleased to announce that at today’s annual meeting, Jeff Dolven and Tina Pappas were elected to the Olympic Bancorp Board of Directors. Dolven serves as President and CEO of Skookum Contract Services. Based in Bremerton, Skookum Contract Services is a leader in precision manufacturing, facilities management and logistics services across thirteen states and the District of Columbia. An exceptional leader in his field, Dolven has led Skookum’s expansion beyond its Washington State roots, implemented new business lines that have realized a 500% increase in total sales, and dramatically expanded the integration of Veterans into Skookum’s workforce. Dolven joined Skookum Contract Services, as their Chief Operating Officer, over 18 years ago. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering from the United Sates Naval Academy, a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland, and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Washington.

Tina Pappas is the president of NAI Puget Sound Properties, a Puget Sound Commercial Real Estate firm. During her nearly 30 year career, Pappas has held significant positions in some of the most prominent Pacific Northwest real estate companies, including managing the commercial real estate portfolio for Bill and Melinda Gates Investments and serving as one of the original founders of Egis Real Estate Services. Dedicated to serving her community and the real estate industry, Pappas serves on the Board of the Commercial Brokers Association and is a member of the Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Network and was invited to be a member of the International Women’s Forum, which includes some of the most successful and accomplished women in the world. Pappas holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Western Washington University.
