Credit Card Assistance

Report a Lost or Stolen Card/General Questions (800.237.6211) – To report a lost or stolen card, or for general questions regarding outstanding balance, available credit, last payment date and amount, call 800.237.6211.  You will be asked for your credit card number and billing zip code. 

If you do not have your credit card number, you may call your branch during Kitsap Bank business hours (or 800.283.5537, option 5).  Or, if calling after hours, you may call 800.325.3678 to request help.

Disputes (800.600.5249) – This service is available Monday - Friday 8 am – 8:45 pm EST, and Saturday 9 am – 2:45 pm EST.  You will need to have the following information ready: card number, billing zip code, and last four digits of your social security number or TIN.  The disputed amount must be within 60 days from the statement date when the transaction occurred.
